A: Everyone, healthy or not, will learn a great deal from their report. By looking at the sample (a real report that was sent out, with just the name changed), you can decide whether you would like one. Your report would of course be based entirely on your responses and notes. Click here to see what others have said.
A: There are a few other companies offering 'diagnosis' systems, and some of them are even free. The Analyst is fundamentally different to all of them in at least one of the following ways:
A: We understand that sending personal information into the electronic ether can be of some concern. There is no need to provide us with a real name, nor do we need any contact information besides your e-mail address, which can be anonymous - for example a Yahoo address. In other words, we do not have to have any idea of who you are.
A: Your answers are stored in a secure database. We can access your answers for purposes of providing a report to you. You create a userID and password that gives you access to your personal questionnaire.
Afterwards, you can return to change your answers and notes if needed by logging in.
No one else outside our office has access to this and we never provide any information to any other party. At the time you start the questionnaire, we provide you with a reminder copy of your userID and password by automated email.
This email is the only place that the password exists in an unencrypted form. We provide this because customers sometimes forget their login information.
We can access your answers. Others can't. Your answers are automatically deleted from the system after 3 months if you do not order a report. If you do order a report, we generally keep you answers so that if you want a refreshed version of the report sometime in the future you won't have to start from scratch.
A: Yes. At any time in the process, either before you receive a report or afterwards, all you have to do is request for everything to be deleted. We will then do just that and inform you by email.
The downside to this is that if you change your mind and want to continue, you will have to start all over again. And, if you lose your report, once the deletion has been completed from our database, we cannot sent you a replacement copy.
In other words, if you ask us to do so, we will completely delete your answers, notes, user/password record, and report immediately. We will also confirm that your request is about to take place by email. We will not be capable of contacting you again after the deletion, as there will be no record of your email address.

A: The human body is extremely complex; there are thousands of possible conditions and hundreds of related signs and symptoms. The Analyst does far more than simply connect a few obvious symptoms to a few common conditions.
A: Click here to see some of the more common conditions that are dealt with. Your report will include up-to-date information not only on what we uncover but also about conditions already known to you.
A: Both. The Analyst is a computer system that combines your responses to the questionnaire with its database to produce a diagnosis. One of our doctors reads the additional notes that you have entered and makes any necessary adjustments based on this additional information.
A: Click here to see a sample report. Your report can be in HTML or PDF format, and password-protected to prevent others reading it.
A: The purpose of this report is to guide you with its diagnostic suggestions into selecting the correct remedies. Although we are at this time unable to answer individual questions, we do provide a list of recommended naturopaths by region.
A: Send an e-mail with a detailed description of your problem to email@example.com.
