A lot has been written about changing bad habits. Obviously, if it were easy, less would have been written and there would be no need for yearly New Year's resolutions. Doing things that are enjoyable, though hurtful in the long term, all began with a simple choice. What started out small now has grown. What started out in private may now be seen in public.
